FAQ

Tell me about shipping
We ship your orders out next-day (weekends excluded). As soon as orders ship, you'll receive a tracking number to follow it every step of the way. You can generally expect your sponge cloths to arrive 3-7 days after placing your order. As of right now, we can only accept U.S. orders. Reach out to support@oonagoods.com if you're interested in placing an international order.
What type of packaging do you use?
The band around the sponge cloths is 100% compostable and the poly bag that the sponge cloths ship in is made from 100% recycled plastic.
Can I reuse them?
Yes, that’s the whole point! You can wash them in the dishwasher, throw them in with your normal laundry, or wash them by hand. They are sturdy and should last for around 100 washes.
What can sponge cloths be used for?
Think of a sponge cloth as a hybrid between a paper towel and a sponge. They are great for wiping down counters or appliances and cleaning up spills or leaks.
Where are our sponge cloths made?
Our sponge cloths are manufactured and printed in Sweden. The sponge cloth was invented in Sweden and we work with the longest-operating sponge cloth factory in the world. The packs are assembled in the United States in Portland, Maine. We partner with In Her Presence and other groups to empower immigrant women to get job training and a fair wage.
What material are Swedish Sponge Cloths made of?
Our Swedish Sponge Cloths are made from 30% upcycled cotton and 70% wood cellulose. The cotton is made from fibers that are too short to be used in clothing. The wood cellulose comes from FSC-certified sustainably harvested forests. The designs are printed with a custom-made water-based ink making the sponge cloths 100% compostable.
